Dvina Mart is a student-led, community-oriented initiative established by Sri Lankan medical students currently residing in the Republic of Belarus. This platform is not a registered business entity and operates solely within the framework of student entrepreneurship. Its primary objective is to provide support to fellow international students and expatriates by facilitating access to essential goods, culturally relevant items, and basic services. All deliveries are conducted via Yandex Go, and the operational processes are managed using simple, publicly available tools such as spreadsheets, messaging applications, and peer-to-peer coordination. No commercial infrastructure or formal business systems are employed.

The initiative is built on principles of transparency, ethical conduct, and full respect for the laws and regulations of the Republic of Belarus. At no point has Dvina Mart engaged in activities intended to misrepresent its status or circumvent legal requirements. The founders and participants remain committed to operating responsibly and in good faith. Should any aspect of this initiative be found to conflict with local regulations, we welcome constructive dialogue and are prepared to take corrective measures as necessary. We sincerely hope that our efforts have not caused any misunderstanding and express our appreciation for your consideration and support.
